Roof Survey Fees:-
All bungalows - £200.00
2 storey dwelling - £250.00
2 storey dwelling - £300.00
3 storey dwelling - £400.00
Additional outbuildings - £100.00
Complicated sites - Negotiated fee after discussion
Commercial roofs - Negotiated fee after discussion
Other Roof Survey Services :
We are able to provide 'spot surveys' to view a specific technical or leak problem that
you may have rather than completing a whole roof survey. Provided we can obtain access to the roof to
view the problem, then we can offer our informal opinion on the cause & potential remedies.
Our charges for this service are:-
£100.00 - for a 'verbal opinion only' report (local area).
£100.00 - report confirmed in writing (extra).
£60.00 per hour - for travelling time to non-local site visits outside our 15 mile

All fees payable in advance or collected on day of inspection.
Our Terms :
The information contained within our roof reports are merely a record of what
we have seen. There is no guarantee that our observations & opinions will be fully conclusive or
without risk of additional unforeseen works being required. All of the material in our reports is for
information only. It does not constitute & must not be treated as advice on the merits of purchasing,
selling or developing land or buildings or refrain from making. While reasonable care is taken in the
compilation of material for our reports, the author makes no warranty or representation that our roof
reports will have a 100% accuracy or completeness of any material in the report. The author does not
accept any liability whatsoever including liability for negligence for any losses or damage (whether direct,
indirect, reasonably foreseeable or otherwise) resulting from our roof reports.
By purchasing & reading our roof reports you have
agreed to the following:-
1. Indemnify Roof-Check & the author against any claim from yourself or
any third parties for any loss whatsoever.
2. Any report purchaser must decide for themselves the value of any statements
& how they may be applied for your particular application.
3. Every client is advised to consult with their own Building Surveyor to review
& discuss the merits of our roof report before implementation of any actions or works to
reduce the risk of abortive fees , costs & time etc.
Full payment by cheque, cash or BACS is required prior to survey either by
posting to our office or to be collected at time of site visit.
