We prefer email for speed & ease of viewing by our clients.	Can I do my own roof survey Yes you can PROVIDED you know what to look for and you can gain safe access to your roof for that all important close up inspection. Remember Rod Hull (the Emu man) - he died prematurely by going up on his roof to simply fix an ariel. Are you sure that you want to risk the same fate? We would not recommend any lay person doing their own roof survey report UNLESS they can ensure safe access.  Even a secure safe access will not prevent accidents to the inexperienced. Leave it to the professional roof surveyor - Provided they are independent they will be your eyes as to what will be required for any roof repairs.
