Period versus modern

Damages to existing structures.
Every attempt will be made to prevent damage to existing structures while the survey is in progress. However, by the very nature of the inspection works & the delicate nature of some roofs, localized damage may result from our inspection processes which are often unavoidable. Roof-Check will schedule & report any damage caused to existing structures or coverings made by the inspection process. Roof-Check at their discretion may facilitate a temporary repair to the roof if the damage was caused by them on a case by case assessment. Roof-Check do promise however, that no roof surveyed will be left more exposed to the elements than it was at the start of the survey.

The information contained within our roof reports are merely a record of what we have seen. There is no guarantee that our observations & opinions will be fully conclusive or without risk of additional unforeseen works being required. All of the material in our reports is for information only. It does not constitute & must not be treated as advice on the merits of purchasing, selling or developing land or buildings or refrain from making. While reasonable care is taken in the compilation of material for our reports, the author makes no warranty or representation that our roof reports will have a 100% accuracy or completeness of any material in the report. The author does not accept any liability whatsoever including liability for negligence for any losses or damage (whether direct, indirect, reasonably foreseeable or otherwise) resulting from our roof reports.

By purchasing & reading our roof reports you have agreed to the following:-

1. Indemnify Roof-Check & the author against any claim from yourself or any third parties for any loss whatsoever.

2. Any report purchaser must decide for themselves the value of any statements & how they may be applied for your particular application.

3. Every client is advised to consult with their own Building Surveyor to review & discuss the merits of our roof report before implementation of any actions or works to reduce the risk of abortive fees , costs & time etc.

Payment.
Full payment by cheque is to be attached to the completed order/application form.

How to obtain our 'Roof-Check' report for your property.

Go to the 'Request Survey' page on this web site & print off the form on your own printer. Duly complete the relevant sections & send to us via fax or post enclosing the required fee cheque. We will then contact you shortly after receiving your order to confirm details. You may wish to telephone us first to check availability. You may also wish to email us for prior notification that your order is arriving.

Within a few short days after completing our roof survey, the report will be compiled & uploaded to our web site servers. You will be contacted advising you of your unique 'url' address to write into your web browser in order to view our report & print off yourself at your leisure. We can also supply paper reports for an additional small fee.
